Let me tell you about one of my most meaningful projects:

Over four conferences with Our Voice SA, 96 people living with disability helped create four collaborative artworks. Each person added to these shared canvases using layered patterns – drawn from my Easy Pattern Play Pages. 

 The format worked beautifully: Two of the artworks were placed at each table, with different Pattern Play pages on each side. As the artworks rotated from table to table, participants were able to copy or be inspired by simple, bold patterns that supported creative flow without overwhelming choices.

This was the very project that inspired me to reduce the pages to five patterns each – not nine – because too many choices can be confusing. Now, these printables make inclusive art-making easier for everyone.
