⭐ One important change for the new year:
The 50% discount code will continue to apply to single products only (not bundles), as bundles are already discounted. Running an online shop is still new to me, and in my excitement, I hadn’t thought
that part through! My business coach (I’m currently doing a Certificate III in New Business) encouraged me to make this small refinement - and it makes total sense. A good number of people have already taken advantage of that bonkers discount, and I want to give you the chance too - 50% off a bundle of three Pattern Play products that will get you confidently running a group art session.
Despite what I'm told in my training, I’m also determined to not go down the subscription route when I launch my Collaborative Art Vault next year. Everything seems to be a subscription
these days, and honestly, I don’t think that’s fair. I’d much rather you have lifetime access to creative resources you truly own. Simply remain on this list for the exclusive price for that in the new year, once I get my head around the tech needed first, 😉. I also want to finish and launch my Pattern Play Group Murals guide and Pattern Play Facilitator's Guide before that as well. I work on those each Wednesday!
So, if you’d like to grab the Starter Pack for half price ($20 instead of $40), now’s the perfect time. It's
actually my most popular product after the Pattern Play Cards. Isn't that interesting?
It’s my way of giving you a heads-up before the changes take effect - no surprises, just clarity and gratitude for being part of this budding creative community. I'll pop in a reminder in future weeks too.
Thank you for supporting my work and for bringing collaborative art to your groups,
families, or classrooms.
I’m also working diligently on my rehabilitation — rebuilding my muscles to walk normally again after 11 months on a walker (ugh!). It’s been quite a year, with over 40 days in hospital, but I’m feeling heartened knowing my next hip replacement is coming up in the new year. This time, I’m
determined that recovery will be smoother. No setbacks, just steady progress and creative plans!
In the meantime, I’m continuing to recover, rebuild strength, and prepare for what’s next - both personally and creatively.
Here’s to more expressive, inclusive, pattern-filled projects in the year ahead!
(Below is a glimpse of a current group mural I’m working on, created with the same Pattern Play process you’re building confidence in. So far, four people have contributed to this Messy Playing stage using house
brushes - and, true to tradition, my daughter has added a cat face to every project she paints! She has also developed a new pattern near the top there - that squarish shape with 'stitches' to hold it down. Working on a name for it, yet...)
